This is a cute video, which was shot in Target, and I agree witht he host's sentiments, "You don't have to be rich to dress good." Even if he did make an unfortunate choice to illustrate that point.

And not for nothing, but props to him for filming even a short video in Target. Most retailers--especially giant corporations like Target--freak if they ever catching you photographing their shit.
