Sean Combs: Black Party

Sean Combs made the cover of Vibe magazine this month so he threw a party to celebrate it. Why'd Diddy name it the "Black Party"? Cause if nothing else the man is on top of his trend game and he knows that the color is hot (not to mention it's a play off of the infamous "White Party" he holds at his place in the Hamptons).


^^Check out Diddy's the satin sheen on Diddy's black dinner jacket--fresh! Like many self-made moguls Combs is a complex man--equal parts driven, fearless, bright and slightly sociopathic.


^^I'm gonna go out on a limb here and state that Kanye is looking at his white Converse Chuck Taylors. Am I right or wrong?


^^A fan of Wendy's show called in yesterday and complained that while she loves the woman, she thinks Wendy needs to lose her jean jacket, which she's been photographed in quite a bit lately. Wendy defended her fashion choice explaining that it's a Gap jacket that she bought ten years ago and that she cropped herself. She said that besides the fun memories it brings back from a certain period in her life, she needs it take the chill off cool evenings and it's too early for fur and leather is too butchy for her. So there's some minutia on Wendy's fashion choices for ya!

That's cause, as a lot of you know, Wendy and Combs have some history, as in Sean was a big part of the reason she lost her DJ job at Hot97 in the mid-nineties. And you know how it goes, once you've been shivved by someone you learn real quick to keep your distance. Keep your enemies close and all, just not within striking distance.
