Swizz Beatz: "It's Me Bitches!"

It's been a minute since I pulled images from a video (in part cuz it's time consuming, but also cause I haven't seen anything interesting), but there's no denying Swizz Beatz latest, "It's Me Bitches." Swizz does multiple outfit changes, for which the stylist deserves props, but the truth is, this video is about the man making the clothes and not the reverse.

As the artist behind New York's first legit anthem in way too long, Swizz's swagger levels right now are on full blast with him representing that we-STILL-run-New-York, hyper-kinetic Boricuaa flavor to the max. If City temps ever get over the 40-degrees they've been averaging for about the past nine months, expect to hear this song booming from every car slow-rolling down the block.

Here's the link to the video and here's a link to another video, in which he talks about the creative process behind it. And here's even another link to a lengthy interview in which he pontificates on a lot of random stuff.

^^Chillin' on my Beemer, listening to "Ether." Hightops is back, people.

^^Closeup on the white dress jacket. I wanna say that Kanye gets the credit for kicking off this look and that was a minute ago, too.

^^Swizz pays tribute to grafitti writers and old school, New York hiphop

^^Shine-wise Swizz keeps it pretty understated.

^^In New York, correct outerwear matters a LOT because unless you're inside, this is pretty much all people are gonna see you in for about six months out of the year.

^^Yeah, yeah, the kid's cute, but I'm dying to know what brand of hightops Swizz is wearing here.

^^And then you need your light jackets when it's too far into spring for Northface, but still too cool for just a tee. A hoodie all the time is fine if you're a young'n, but stylish, older fellas who aren't outgrowing their clothes every six months always have a couple of nice jackets in their wardrobe. I wanna say that Swizz is wearing the hood-classic, satin Yankees bomber here, but I'm not 100 percent on that.

^^"I smoke good eat good, drink and fuck good, Comin' to the club stuntin' like how you should." Headgear is another N.Y. essential. Of course you have your basic fitted, but in winter months, you need a wool cap to change things up and keep your ears warm.

^^The obligatory, barely-clothed dancing female. For a sec I thought this might be his woman, Mashonda, but besides the fact that she just had a baby, you know Swizz isn't about to make wifey do service industry work like that.
